I really had no idea where I'd end up, but I knew it had to be this way...
I grew up in the restaurant business. My grandmother owned a small cafe in Belvidere, IL and my father was a corporate chef for a major hotel chain in the 70’s and 80’s. Call it fate, call it destiny, but I had always has an appreciation for food and watching the look on people’s faces when you made something they loved.
